Summer Saturdays

  • Griffin Gardens 19400 Bentler Street Detroit, MI, 48219 United States (map)

Join us each Saturday as the garden transforms into a vibrant open-air market and gathering space in the heart of Detroit.

Start your morning with outdoor meditation or yoga surrounded by blooms, then spend the afternoon exploring all the garden has to offer. Shop fresh-cut flowers from the flower farm, visit local small business vendors, and enjoy rotating workshops ranging from gardening and herbalism to food writing and financial literacy. You might build a bouquet at the Flower Bar, participate in U-Pick, or simply stroll through the rows and connect with neighbors.

Summer Saturdays are designed to be welcoming, accessible, and rooted in community — a space to support local entrepreneurs, prioritize wellness, learn something new, and experience a working flower farm in full bloom.

Come for the calm. Stay for the flowers.
